    Program Manager Intro:


    On behalf of one of our state Govt clients; Procom Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the Statewide Law Enforcement Data Sharing Initiative for a 12 month plus project onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.

    This critical role involves managing a comprehensive program that integrates multiple systems and organizations across Florida to enhance security and information sharing capabilities among over 350 law enforcement and criminal justice agencies.


    Program Manager Job Details:


    The Program Manager will be responsible for developing the program strategy, managing the integration of systems, and ensuring all projects within the portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and meet strategic and business requirements.

    This role requires effective communication with IT and business leadership, and the ability to manage and mentor project management staff.

    The successful candidate will also coordinate activities with various FDLE units and support the Law Enforcement Data Sharing Focus Group.


    Program Manager Mandatory Skills:


    • Proven experience in program management, particularly in law enforcement or related fields.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large, complex projects.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and report project status.
    • Experience in risk management, procurement, and quality control.
    • Knowledge of data sharing systems and information security protocols.

    Program Manager Desired Skills:


    • Experience with the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS) and other law enforcement reporting systems.
    • Familiarity with Florida's Domestic Security Strategic Plan and related security initiatives.
    • Advanced problemsolving and analytical skills to handle the demands of increased information sharing and system integration.
    • Ability to provide technical oversight and coordinate ITrelated activities effectively.
