    **Position Purpose:** The Program Manager III will oversee, manage multiple projects related to EMR operations, EMR connectivity, and Quality measure initiatives. Will serve as a key point of contact and liaison between cross-functional teams (Risk Adjustment, Quality, health plans), Providers, and EMR vendors.

    **_*Note_** _-_ this is a fully remote role with approximately 25% travel.

    **Essential Responsibilities:**

    + Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and to ensure regulatory compliance through enhanced operations.

    + Provide visibility and accountability of where providers stand in the process, and works with assigned health plans/markets as a bridge between Vendor and Implementation teams.

    + Act as a provider facing SME to provide barrier analysis and implement best practices and provider workflow optimization.

    + Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment.

    + Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.

    + Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.

    + Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans.

    + Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.

    + Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.

    + Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and companys objectives.

    + Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations.

    **Education/Experience:**

    + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Masters degree preferred.

    + 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.

    + Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

    + Experience and knowledge in quality measures in a healthcare related field strongly preferred.

    Pay Range: $84, $151,700.00 per year

    Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
