    About the Team
    As an HCM Enablement Lead, you'll play a key role on the Global Solution Consulting Strategy & Enablement team. You'll be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing skills, improving career opportunities, and training Workday's outstanding technology.

    The vision of the team is to train Solution Consultants to deliver best-in-class strategic demos and enable all levels within the organization.

    About the Role

    You will be charged with:

    Analyzing
    • Onboarding progress and identifying the biggest enablement gaps for new hires
    • Skills/Enablement gaps for tenured solution consultants
    • Effectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc.
    Developing/Supporting
    • Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up, tenured SC development and new products/offerings
    • Update existing courses/enablement for new products/offerings and identified gaps
    • Support and develop content tracks for Solution Consulting Events
    Coaching/Teaching
    • Teach demo/sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered/tailored to your specific persona
    • Mentor and instruct new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo success
    • Mentor and shadow solution consulting workmates through their certification process
    About You

    You are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating, designing and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, solution consulting, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. You love to explore new ways to make learning effective, easy, and fun

    Basic Qualifications
    • 6+ years in software solution consulting
    • 2+ years in Workday Human Capital Management solution consulting
    Other Qualifications
    • Outstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with partners, supporting organizations, and peers
    • Experience with modern enablement strategies, methodologies, and technologies
    • Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives
    • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time

    Workday Pay Transparency Statement

    The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.     Primary Location: USA.IL.Chicago

    Primary Location Base Pay Range: $125,800 USD - $188,800 USD

    Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $113,800 USD - $191,900 USD
