Deputy Shift Leader (m/f/d):

We are looking for a Deputy Shift Leader for our rescue stations in Altdorf and Schnaittach.

Your responsibilities:


  • Supporting and representing the Shift Leader in ensuring operational processes and overall service operations at the rescue station
  • Participation in shift work and mobile emergency services

Our requirements:


  • Qualification as an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic
  • Training as a Shift Leader desired (can be completed later)
  • Class C1 driver's license
  • Proficiency in common office applications
  • Knowledge of the duty roster software Geocon desired
  • Communication skills and willingness to work in a team
  • Social competence in dealing with people
  • Objective judgment
  • Organizational skills and ability to plan
  • Structured work approach, ability to prioritize
  • Reliability, loyalty, and flexibility
