We are currently seeking a:

Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for Stuttgart in part-time (Waiblinger Straße)

Responsibilities

  • Providing highquality customer advice and support in the branch
  • Conducting money transfers, cash deposits and withdrawals, and handling administrative tasks related to the offered products
  • Performing necessary control functions during daily operations (cash desk, security)
  • Reporting to the regional and branch managers
  • Adhering to internal bank guidelines and relevant integrity and compliance policies
Qualifications

  • Experience in cashier or teller roles
  • Sales experience and/or affinity for sales
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Good knowledge of foreign languages such as English, Romanian, Bulgarian, Turkish, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Friendly, polite, and openminded demeanor
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Flexibility
