We are looking for a Site Assistant (m/f/d) to join our warehouse location in Tishomingo, MS.

What will be your responsibilities?:


  • Supporting the Site Manager with administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Finance and Human Resources departments with daily operations
  • Creating reports, minutes, and presentations
  • Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings and events
  • General office tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing mail, responding to emails, and welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Managing contracts and documents for the site and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Planning, organizing, and booking business trips, as well as assisting with expense reports
  • Handling correspondence with customers and suppliers, processing incoming invoices, and creating outgoing invoices
  • Ordering and managing office supplies

What qualifications do you need?:


  • Commercial education and experience in an assistant, office management, or similar role (ideally with a focus on Finance or Human Resources)
  • Highly organized and structured way of working
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong affinity for numbers and experience working with KPIs
  • Innovative thinking, strong communication skills, and high social competence
