Facility Management Object Manager (m/f/d) | Building Technology in Ludwigsburg:

Your challenge with us:


  • Managing technical and infrastructure teams in the objects, including scheduling
  • Monitoring all technical processes in the object, including quality assurance
  • Ensuring the profitability of the objects
  • Revenue and cost control, as well as responsibility for staying within budget
  • Fulfilling existing contractual relationships
  • Communicating with clients and authorities
  • Coordinating and managing all service areas for FM clients
  • Warranty management
