Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst (level 1) or Regulatory Compliance Analyst (level 2).

This position has a preference to be located near our Aeronautics Systems Sector in either Redondo Beach, CA or Melbourne, FL with a part-time telework schedule.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Government Relations & Compliance organization, reporting to the Manager, Audit Liaison & Compliance in the Government Relations & Compliance (GR&C) organization.

Essential Functions:

Indirect/Direct cost reviews in support of RFI's (Request for Information from DCAA)
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to communicate efficiently with co-workers and DCAA Auditors
Ability to extracting data from SAP systems to support internal and DCAA request.
Ability to learn all NG policies and procedures required to interpret issues, determine solutions, and evaluate their impact on the NG business environment.
May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
Support ad-hoc request and special projects.

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Level 1):
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL the below criteria

The candidate must:

Be completing or have completed their bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Be majoring in or have majored in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related degree.
Be able to learn/apply Cost Accounting Standards
Be able to learn/apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Basic Qualifications for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Level 2):

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 3 years of experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related degree; OR a Master's Degree with 1 year of stated experience.
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications:

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher
Basic knowledge of U.S. Government regulations, including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), TINA and DFARS). Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on Excel (e.g., formulas, pivots, lookups, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills to successfully work across business units at various levels and disciplines.

Pay Range:

Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst $51,400 to $89,400
Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst $62,200 to $108,100
