The Aeronautics Systems sector of Northrop Grumman seeks an International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 2) to join the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sector Compliance, this role involves creating reports, reviewing international travel requests, updating trade compliance policies, conducting audits, and participating in special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly reports on export metrics and statistics.
  • Review and approve international travel and foreign visit requests.
  • Assist in updating, developing, and implementing trade compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits, analyze findings, and create reports for improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in investigations of compliance violations and support corrective actions.
  • Participate in the implementation of export/import solutions and upgrades.
  • Provide training on processes and tools to export staff and internal customers.
  • Offer IT support for export/import transactions in relevant systems.
  • Contribute to sector and corporate-wide special projects.
Basic Qualifications for International Trade Compliance Analyst (Level 2):
  • High attention to detail.
  • Commitment to integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
  • Security clearance eligibility.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Aerospace or Defense Industry Experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Experience in providing training and familiar with company processes.
  • Demonstrated collaborative work style with effective communication skills.
  • Leadership, self-initiative, and sound judgment abilities.
