Compliance Analyst - Torrance Health IPA

Job Description:

• Performs health plan and regulatory required reporting
• Interprets required compliance reporting standards, specifications
• Assists in the preparation for health plan and regulatory audits, including document collection and organization
• Leads projects to achieve compliance objectives
• Supports day to day management of Compliance Dept.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2+ years experience in managed care compliance strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Project Management skills
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail

Work hours:
normal business hours

• 8:30AM5:00PM.
• Hybrid work environment

Pay:
$ $44.76 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
