We are looking for a Recruiter to support our client who provides oil and gas, renewables and low carbons solutions to Europe.
This is a remote opportunity and will require the recruiter to work onsite at the client in Houston, Texas on occasion.
The recruiter will be supporting roles in the US, Brazil and Canada. Recruiting will be in a variety of business functions (Finance, Engineering, Legal, HR and will be entry level to manager level opportunities)Key Accountabilities
Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates
Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
Where possible, include member(s) of the sourcing team in the discussion and if not, share the outcome of the discussion with them to ensure they can develop the sourcing plan and source effectively for the roleBuilding and maintaining hiring manager relationships. Responsible for client satisfaction within own business area.
Responsible for the management of candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until start date
If relevant, provide timely and quality feedback on the long / short lists supplied by the sourcing team, ensuring any necessary changes are made before submission to the hiring manager
Ensure that all changes to a candidate's status are tracked on the ATS to enable accurate reporting
Skills & Experience
2-4 years of Experience in Recruiting (Ideally in Oil and Gas or Renewable Energy)
Experience recruiting roles across multiple business functions (Engineering, Legal, HR, Finance etc,)
Experience of working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines
Experience of managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process (e.g. including running open days or selection centers)
Experience of using recruitment technology and recruitment databases
Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
Experience of influencing and persuading stakeholders to take a course of action
Experience of working with remote teams
