We are looking for an innovative problem solver and Upfront and Owner Engineering Manager who is motivated by helping customers find solutions to complex challenges.

If you have a proven track record advising clients on making the right decisions for their projects and assets and are interested in gaining exposure in the energy transition sector (LNG, NGL, decarbonization, H2, ammonia, etc.) than this may be the right opportunity for you.

This position is critical to our success and will require a true expert in this space.


This role will report to the Managing Director and will be a pivotal part of the foundation of our growing team.


What You Will Do

  • Utilize advanced technical knowledge to provide consulting and owner engineering support to help the client make good decisions, manage risk and solve complex problems with mínimal guidance and direction through the project life cycle: feasibility, preFEED, Concept Select Project Phases
  • Perform owner engineering functions leveraging a highlevel competence and strong technical generalist capability including strong understanding of stagegate process, project permitting, project stakeholder management, technical risk management, and interfacing with management
  • Produce engineering reports, management presentations, keydecision support packages, FEED and EPC request for proposals, highlevel project schedules and budgets
  • Serve as Technical Assurance Lead leveraging internal Subject Matter Experts on an as needed basis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of science degree in engineering or related field (required)
  • 5+ years of consulting engineering or related field
  • Previous experience serving as an owner engineer is a huge plus
  • Knowledge of FERC, DOT 49 CFR 193, DOT 49 CFR 192, NFPT 59a, NFPA 59, NFPA 2 is a huge plus
  • Direct LNG, NGL, decarbonization, H2, ammonia, etc. or related industry preferred
  • Experience developing and owning engineering reports, creating, and documenting, engineering calculations, summary reports and PowerPoint slide decks (required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with vendors and clients (approximately 50% of your work involves internal interaction 50% external)
  • International experience we execute work across the globe (beneficial)
  • Field experience including construction, commissioning, startup, and operational support (beneficial)
