    This growing business design and build datacentres, and then rent the storage. They are emerging as one of the fastest growing datacentre providers in this sector and believe in training staff from outside the industry.     Benefits:

    • $90,000-$130,000
    • 10-20% Bonus
    • Medical with a 99% employer paid premium
    • 401k fully vested upon enrolment, up to a 4% employer match

    Responsibilities:

    • Manages materials comprehensively, encompassing tasks such as handling submittals, reviewing shop drawings, and expediting the delivery of materials.
    • Supervises weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintains detailed meeting minutes. Additionally, aids in conducting monthly margin analysis.
    • Collaborates with the project manager and project superintendent to craft and oversee the Cost Control and Labor Recap, ensuring a comprehensive approach to monitoring project expenses and workforce management.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have 3-5 years experience in commercial construction practices and procedures; data center experience preferred
    • MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • 3-4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
    • Data Center experience preferred.
