- Assist the Project Manager with the planning and execution of complex construction projects, from conception to completion, within budget and timeline.
- Collaborate with design and construction team, contractors, sub contractors, architects, consultants and field laborers to deliver high quality results to the client.
- Assist with the management for project budget, schedule, cost, risk, safety and environmental compliance, and report on project performance and progress to management.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Prior history working with Procore
- Prior Public School Construction Projects
- Experience assisting with the management of commercial facility projects (School District Buildings, Public Schools, Education Centers, Libraries, etc.)
- Strong technical ability to read blueprints, drawings, and writing bid proposals
- Assist the PM with managing the schedules, reporting, budgeting, and documentation of construction plans
- Hard working mentality and mindset to drive key business initiatives

Our client is seeking an Assistant/ Junior Project Manager to help them complete a new construction project in the White Plains, NY area.
As the Assistant/ Junior Project Manager, you will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, costs and controls, contractor negotiation, selection and oversight, as well as ensuring high standards of quality and safety, in a timely and professional manner consistent with Company policy and regulatory requirements.
This position develops project objectives and goals, manages team members and keeps Senior Management informed on all progress on project.
