Technical Platform Support Specialist
Fulltime Role

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to customers; answer questions, triage bug reports, and escalate tickets with a concise set of reproduction steps that accelerates the timetoresolution
- Be wellversed in existing systems and understand the implications of changing business requirements and consumer behaviors
- Manage customer relationships to support product updates and maintain client standards of quality
- Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
- Analyze and optimize our tools, documentation, and processes to improve and help scale team and company operations
- Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
- Learn, analyze, and anticipate customer needs to drive decisionmaking and identify new opportunities
Experiences/Skills/Qualifications:
- Prior experience with technical support, B2B and SaaS/PaaS experience is preferred
- Knowledge of CTV / OTT advertising a plus
- Familiar with technical writing able to effectively communicate troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Exhibits an investigative mindset and high aptitude for learning
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strategic alignment crossfunctionally
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
- Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem, advertising demand side platforms, data management platforms
Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
