Job Title:
Technical Platform Support Specialist


Fulltime Role

Location:
NYC


Hybrid/Onsite

Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily support to customers; answer questions, triage bug reports, and escalate tickets with a concise set of reproduction steps that accelerates the timetoresolution
  • Be wellversed in existing systems and understand the implications of changing business requirements and consumer behaviors
  • Manage customer relationships to support product updates and maintain client standards of quality
  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Analyze and optimize our tools, documentation, and processes to improve and help scale team and company operations
  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
  • Learn, analyze, and anticipate customer needs to drive decisionmaking and identify new opportunities

Experiences/Skills/Qualifications:


  • Prior experience with technical support, B2B and SaaS/PaaS experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of CTV / OTT advertising a plus
  • Familiar with technical writing able to effectively communicate troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Exhibits an investigative mindset and high aptitude for learning
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strategic alignment crossfunctionally
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of setting and delivering on expectations and commitments
  • Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem, advertising demand side platforms, data management platforms

Pay:
$40, $50,000.00 per year
