- Manage the design, delivery and maintenance of the business intelligence delivery program that will support global reporting priorities
- Provide assistance to regional users in resolving issues promptly.
- Streamline intake processes and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demand and achieve value realization.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach, prioritizing understanding of customer needs while empowering the team to execute tasks effectively at a regional level.
- Tasked with planning, coordinating, and overseeing all facets of the process flow for prioritizing, designing, developing, and implementing reporting and analytics.
- Interfaces with the Analytics Technical Delivery team to define requirements, identify, and prioritize necessary data sets or enhancements to support regional analytics projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
- At least three (3) years of experience in supervisory roles.
- Comprehensive end-to-end experience in data warehousing.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies, encompassing both Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities.
- Proven track record of generating business value through analytics solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating with multiple IT, Analytics, and business user groups.
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
