    Role Description:

    • Manage the design, delivery and maintenance of the business intelligence delivery program that will support global reporting priorities
    • Efficiently manage project tasks and actively support Business Analysts in estimating, managing risks, and resolving issues.
    • Develop, refine, and automate reporting systems to facilitate informed business decision-making.
    • Provide assistance to regional users in resolving issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, process experts, and users to gather and document requirements, grasp business priorities, and identify strategic initiatives for developing operational dashboards and analytical solutions.
    • Streamline intake processes and allocate resources effectively to meet customer demand and achieve value realization.
    • Validate resource needs and devise cost estimation models.
    • Conduct regular reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, collaborating to optimize integration and processes.
    • Lead by example with a hands-on approach, prioritizing understanding of customer needs while empowering the team to execute tasks effectively at a regional level.
    • Tasked with planning, coordinating, and overseeing all facets of the process flow for prioritizing, designing, developing, and implementing reporting and analytics.
    • Utilizes strong communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide the development team in addressing design, development, and deployment issues.
    • Serves as a mentor to assigned resources, manages analytics requests, leads project deliveries, and contributes to enhancing our analytical capabilities.
    • Interfaces with the Analytics Technical Delivery team to define requirements, identify, and prioritize necessary data sets or enhancements to support regional analytics projects.
    • Requires a team member who leads by example, exhibiting confidence, perseverance, inspiration, discipline, and reliability. Additionally, this individual should be highly collaborative, an effective communicator, and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience.
    • At least three (3) years of experience in supervisory roles.
    • Comprehensive end-to-end experience in data warehousing.
    • Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies, encompassing both Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities.
    • Proven track record of generating business value through analytics solutions.
    • Ability to thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating with multiple IT, Analytics, and business user groups.
    • Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
    • Extensive experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
    • Skill in documenting functional or data conversion requirements.
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing company setting.
    • Expertise in finance and supply chain operations.
    • Proficient in SQL coding.
    • Hands-on experience in building data visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
