    Role Title: Infrastructure Project Manager (M&A)

    Location: Remote work CST time zone

    Duration:6 months with possible extension up to 18 month s

    Client: An Industrial Machinery Manufacturing company

    Role Overview:

    As the M&A Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting infrastructure services throughout the M&A process. This includes identifying Day 1 projects, developing separation plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with transition agreements. You will play a critical role in overseeing Day 1 projects related to Identity and Access Management, Service Desk operations, hosting services, asset management, and network enhancements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compile, update, and maintain weekly status reports detailing infrastructure activities and updates.
    • Collaborate with Asset Management and Field IT teams to establish an accurate inventory of infrastructure assets.
    • Document requirements for Day 1 remediation efforts and coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with IT Transition Services Agreement (TSA) and Post Close Governance.
    • Lead TSA Exit projects to facilitate a smooth transition out of the TSA within designated timelines.
    • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings to effectively manage program and project schedules.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with infrastructure technology and project management.
    • Proficiency in technologies such as O365, Identity and Access Management, Active Directory, SDWAN/WAN/LAN/WLAN, end-user compute, data center hosting and migration, VMWare, Service Desk structures, asset management, and cyber security.
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure programs associated with M&A activities.
    • Proficiency in SharePoint and Teams, along with experience in Excel data analytics.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and foster collaboration.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated individual comfortable working in ambiguous situations and meeting aggressive timelines.
