Job Location – Milwaukee, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift (1pm-9pm)
Starting Pay – $24-$28 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, Associate/technical Degree preferred
Required Experience – At least 3+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
Lead and Motivate Your Team:
Supervise all personnel on your assigned shift, providing clear instructions, delegating tasks effectively, and offering guidance to maximize production output and quality.
Process and Equipment Expertise:
Maintain a strong understanding of all production processes and equipment. Identify and report any potential issues to ensure smooth operations.
Quality Control Champion:
Enforce rigorous quality standards by conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Training and Development:
Play a key role in training, coaching, and evaluating team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in optimizing production processes by implementing changes that improve efficiency and flow.
Safety First:
Prioritize safety by ensuring all team members comply with established policies and procedures. Conduct safety briefings and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Inventory Management:
Verify correct identification, inventory levels, and proper warehousing of products.
Problem-Solving and Leadership:
Effectively address production and tooling issues, troubleshooting problems and leading your team to find solutions.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open communication with team members, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve shared goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Review daily reports to set up production staff and facilitate timely shipments.
Lead by Example:
Uphold a strong work ethic and commitment to quality by setting a positive example for your team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building a positive and collaborative team environment.
Proven ability to train and develop staff.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with a working knowledge of units of measure.
Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
