Responsibilities:

  • As an architect, you will be responsible for independently implementing phases 15 of the HOAI for residential and commercial construction projects in the Nuremberg metropolitan region.
  • You will primarily work on land development and prepare building submission documents.
  • You will ensure a high level of planning quality and costconsciousness in the execution of our projects.
  • In addition to coordinating external and internal specialist engineers and experts, you will also be responsible for communication with authorities and agencies.
  • You will prepare and conduct planning meetings and maintain direct communication with client representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in architecture or a comparable field of study.
  • Several years of professional experience as an architect, primarily in residential construction.
  • Proficient in using common office programs and CAD applications, preferably ArchiCAD.
  • Strong expertise in dealing with the BauNVO, BayBO, HOAI, as well as relevant DIN standards and regulations.
  • A valid building submission authorization is mandatory.
