Job Summary:


What You Will Do:


  • Create crash use case data using the ALTAIR explicit finiteelement solver Radioss.
  • Utilize DOE algorithms to generate simulation results and run optimization and design exploration tasks.
  • Prepare simulation results for deep learning.
  • Train on generated data using deep learning software (Altair PhysicsAI).

What You Will Need:


Basics:


  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Germany, preferably with a technical focus.
  • Knowledge of numerical simulation of mechanical structures, with a preference for explicit finiteelement methods.
  • Basic understanding of optimization methods.
  • Motivation to learn and use scripting (Python, etc.).

Preferred:


  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with HyperMesh and Altair mechanical solvers, with a preference for explicit solvers.
