Job Description We are looking for you as an HR Controller (m/f/d) for our dynamic and motivated People Team In this role, you will be responsible for the DE segment of the Zur Rose Group (e.g. DocMorris, Medpex by DocMorris, TeleClinic, etc.) and also participate in exciting HR projects

  • As a liaison to our finance department, you will prepare data transfer to the accounting systems, including resolving discrepancies and monthly account reconciliations.
  • You will act as the first point of contact for external and local payroll service providers, authorities, and social security institutions, and support various internal and external audits.
  • You will be responsible for shaping and creating regular reporting and work together with accounting to develop relevant HR key figures.
  • You will be in regular communication with finance and our executive board.
  • You will lead or support complex projects in the HR/payroll area, such as selecting new service providers and other groupwide HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or HR with a focus on controlling
  • Knowledge of various payroll and accounting software (e.g. SAP/DATEV), as well as expertise in MS Excel
  • Strong knowledge of HR controlling/KPIs and excellent Excel skills
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders such as other HR functions, employees, and local payroll providers
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, problemsolving mindset, and positive attitude
