    Description

    About the Role:

    In this exciting opportunity, you will lead the charge in identifying market opportunities, crafting effective go-to-market strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth through proactive business development efforts and delivering bespoke advisory solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and cultivate source leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
    • Collaborate with the Strategic Director to develop go-to-market strategies tailored to target client segments.
    • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
    • Manage portfolio clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with client objectives.
    • Tailor advisory engagements in collaboration with internal teams to deliver actionable insights that address client needs effectively.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Proven track record in proactive business development, preferably within consulting or advisory services.
    • Strong commercial acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
    • Deep understanding of geopolitical risk in a business context, with expertise in a specific sector or functional area.
    • Client-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams and external experts.
    • Credibility as a senior leader capable of confidently engaging with senior corporate stakeholders.

    Location and Flexibility:

    This role offers flexibility in location and working hours, allowing you to effectively engage with clients while maintaining work-life balance. While some time in London may be required for alignment with company culture and strategic input, our client is committed to supporting your success in the role.
