    Brokerage Account Specialist

    Are you a customer service champion with a passion for helping people?
    Do you have a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements?

    If so, we want to hear from you OUR DIRECT CLIENT is seeking 10 motivated individuals to join our team in Charlotte, NC as Brokerage Account Specialists.

    Responsibilities:

    • Address brokerage complaints from CLIENT's customers.
    • Conduct thorough investigations and provide clear resolutions.
    • Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience.
    Qualifications:
    • Active Series 7 license is a MUST. (or within 2-year window for reactivation)
    • Previous brokerage operations experience is preferred.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Benefits:
    • Competitive hourly rate of $27-32/hour.
    • Training program (5 days on-site, 5 days remote).
    • Opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm) with at least 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work options.
