    Position Purpose:

    The Sales Manager role involves overseeing customer accounts in the UPS and data center market, aiming to meet or exceed growth targets while fostering teamwork within the team to achieve regional goals effectively.

    • Create and manage accounts in the data center and power backup industry, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs
    • Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth
    • Utilize CRM and sales processes to monitor account status and transactions
    • Engage with customers and Delta's engineering team
    • Promote products and increase revenue
    • Offer customer support on applications, specifications, and quality concerns
    • Conduct market analysis and support product promotions at exhibitions

    Job qualifications include:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Telecom, IT, or Consumer Electronics industries. Background in BSEE or BSME is advantageous, while an MBA is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
    • Detailed, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks
    • Commitment to teamwork and supporting colleagues
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
    • Solid selling skills for both account management and business development
    • Ability to nurture customer relationships and engage in professional selling
    • Self-motivated with strong negotiation abilities
    • Adaptability to Delta's dynamic culture
