This is a unique opportunity for you. We're a fast-growing franchise company seeking strong individuals to lead our store in the International Plaza. We are opening four more locations in the coming months, which means tons of growth opportunities in the region. In addition to Denver Metro, we're opening 400 stores nationwide and are recruiting our corporate traveling training teams straight from our stores. Activities:
Work to be performed includes the following and may include other items not listed here:
• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Ensure the store meets health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Monitor food safety practices.
• Ensure all staff members consistently wear uniforms during working hours.
• Lead and supervise baristas, cashiers, and support staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the team.
• Motivate and empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage employee schedules and optimize staffing levels.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Promote Qargo Coffee products and activate promotions during slow business hours.
• Foster customer loyalty and attract new business.
• Collaborate with Qargo Coffee Corporate on operational activities.
• Execute corporate marketing initiatives at the store level.
• Deploy materials and printed materials as required.
• Facilitate staff training and development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular cleanliness checks and take corrective action as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene in food preparation and service areas.
• Enforce uniform policies among staff members.
• Monitor and ensure consistent uniform adherence during working hours.
• Train, assess, and evaluate baristas and staff performance.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and customer service standards.
• Encourage upselling and customer engagement skills among staff.
• Align store activities with corporate brand standards.
• Execute marketing initiatives to drive brand recognition.
• Engage with customers and promote Qargo Coffee products.
• Participate in corporate marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare regular reports on store performance and operations.
• Provide feedback and updates to Qargo Coffee Corporate.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the corporate team on administrative tasks and reporting.
• Participate in the hiring and recruitment processes for store staff.
• Train new hires on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and suggestions.
• Implement improvements based on customer input.
• Be prepared to respond to emergency situations and ensure staff's familiarity with emergency protocols.
• Meeting store's sales volume targets on a weekly basis with the direction of the operations team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
