Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the
retail store, including business development, sales, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives.
Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

5 years warehouse operations
Irrigation and
MUST have
Landscaping Knowledge

Retail Management experience

Inventory Management
Sales Order Process
Experience Managing Cycle Counts
Ability to manage trucks for their location, the equipment, the employees, Pay, schedule

Skills:
Warehouse Operations Irrigation and
Landscaping Knowledge Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in business development and sales. Ability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of financial principles and ability to analyze profit loss statements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
