HR Consulting Maria Herrmann specializes in the placement of specialized and managerial professionals in the healthcare industry.

Our client is a highly successful homecare company operating nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time Health and (Pediatric) Nurse as a Homecare Consultant for the Greater Hannover area.

Responsibilities:

You will coordinate care for chronically ill individuals in the outpatient setting.
You will act as the liaison between all parties involved in the care, such as primary care physicians, family members, and home care services.
You will propose treatment plans to physicians.
You will provide guidance and training to physicians, nurses, and family members on the use of modern medical devices in the areas of tracheostomy and infusion therapy.

Qualifications:

You have completed training as a registered Health and (Pediatric) Nurse.
Ideally, you have experience working in intensive care units.
You enjoy organizing your own schedule.
A COVID vaccination is required to visit patients.
