Description

We are looking for a dynamic and competent HR Specialist in full-time for a long-term position. This is a successful and renowned company in the metal and electrical industry, located in 28309 Bremen, with exciting projects in development and production for various well-known clients.

Here are your responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will handle the operational processing of administrative tasks in human resources
You will also manage personnel records, review and prepare documents for payroll, and maintain personnel files in the appropriate HR IT systems
In addition, you will be responsible for creating certificates and various documents, as well as providing support for administrative tasks
Finally, your tasks will also include handling disciplinary measures and testing new tools

What you bring to the table

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree, preferably with a focus on human resources
You have knowledge of operational work in human resources and labor and social security law
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs and SAP R/3
Good knowledge of English and strong communication and persuasion skills as an HR Specialist are an advantage
