WE NEED YOU FOR THIS:


  • Conducting
    feasibility, economic, and profitability studies as well as
    risk analyses and management for assembly venues, which serve as the basis for the realization of further smartvillage locations
-
Negotiating and coordinating with real estate partners, engineers, architects, and other trades
-
Researching and recommending new locations, including renovation and revitalization, taking into account economic viability and legal framework conditions such as regulations, ESG aspects, fire protection, or approval procedures

  • Creating and tracking the
    project budget
  • Implementing the
    smartvillage design concept in the new locations, in close collaboration with all partners and internal departments

Coordinating decision-makers and service providers involved in the project development, as well as providing holistic
support throughout the entire project process, from searching for a new location to handing over the keys

  • Preparing
    reports and
    project controlling, creating meaningful
    presentations and
    decision templates

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:


  • You have at least
    4 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, consulting, expansion of office properties, and/or assembly venues. Ideally, you have also been a responsible project manager for some of these projects.
  • You have a
    degree with a focus on real estate, architecture/interior design, or a business degree with project management knowledge
