The
Seemann Autism Autark gGmbH offers school support, assisted living, and leisure activities for individuals with autism spectrum disorders in the South Boardman, MI area.

Currently, we employ approximately 120 staff members in these areas.


We are looking for a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our agile team at our central office in
Karlsruhe.


Your responsibilities:


  • Ensuring professional and active execution of HR processes (optimization)
  • Recruitment management
  • Consulting and supporting management and team leaders in all HR matters
  • Implementing HR measures
  • Assisting with occupational health management (contact person for occupational safety specialist and company doctor)
  • Proactively participating in strategic HR work
  • Creating evaluations, statistics, and presentations
  • Supporting payroll and administration tasks
