HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For our client, a family-owned and globally operating company in shipbuilding, we are looking for a reference person in the area of recruiting and personnel.


THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:


  • In your role, you will independently carry out recruiting and applicant management, especially for apprentices
  • You are also responsible for personnel procurement in temporary work, formulate corresponding employment contracts and issue certificates or other documents
  • In addition, you act as the first point of contact for apprentices in personnelrelated or labor law issues
  • Furthermore, you support the personnel management and participate in various projects and special tasks

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial training and/or a relevant degree or a comparable qualification, with a focus on personnel management
  • Ideally, you have first professional experience in recruiting, e.g. through a student job or in a personnel department
  • You are proficient and experienced in working with common MS Office applications and are open to softwaresupported processes
  • Finally, you stand out for your strong communication skills
