Start:
After individual agreement | Hours: 20 hrs/week

Responsibilities

  • You support our experts in constructionrelated property inspections, inspections of existing buildings, and accompanying acceptance procedures
  • The technical quality of execution is evaluated, especially with regard to the contractually agreed upon condition and generally recognized rules of technology
  • Your task is to prepare and accompany onsite inspections as well as general office tasks
Qualifications

  • Degree in civil engineering (building construction) or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in construction work (craft training) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, building materials and physics, fire protection and sound insulation, as well as standards and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills to create meaningful and precise documentation and reports
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to work locally in the field
