- University degree or relevant work experience

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing teams; demonstrated history of delivering high quality results as manager of teams and/or project teams 10+ years of career experience in the software consulting, software development, or operations industry
- Excellent analytical skills with an appreciation for rigor and objectivity
- Demonstrated capability to hire and mentor teams of junior and senior members alike
- Demonstrated ability to maintain productive relationships and alignment with other internal teams and stakeholders, especially Sales
- Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills, along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures, application development methodologies, and deployment/operational considerations
- Comfortable traveling for work as needed.
- Be responsible for continuous professional development of a geographically distributed consulting delivery team, building ever-improving professional services professionals
- Have a deep understanding of the existing skill set / skill level of each individual consultant in the team. Capable of setting up individual, sustainable development plans based on the skills assessment
- Collaborate with other functions across the company, contribute to global Professional Services strategy development and execution
- Be willing to "roll-up sleeves" and contribute to execution and improvements across the business as needed
- Promote and demonstrate a culture of trust and excellence
- Demonstrate leadership for your team of Consulting Engineers
- Growing and maintaining required delivery capacity and achieving utilization targets for your team
- On-target hiring & on-time ramping of top quality talent for your region
