The successful candidate will perform responsibilities for Italy and will provide legal advice and support to other Eastern Mediterranean countries, including Turkey, Greece, Cyprus & Israel.
We will count on you to:
* provide expert legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law and dispute resolution;
* represent the organization to minimize legal, compliance and regulatory risk by resolving issues and ensuring adherence to business and legal standards;
* draft, review and approve policies, procedures, contracts and related documents for business operations;
* conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
* develop, implement and provide reporting on a variety of legal, compliance, regulatory and contractual matters;
* stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization and provide proactive advice and recommendations.
