Siamo alla ricerca di una persona motivata e competente che abbia voglia unirsi al team di Compliance Risk Advisory sul nostro ufficio di Milano.
Cosa ti aspetta:
Grazie all'esperienza maturata su progetti similari, supporterai il cliente gestendo le seguenti attività:
* Analisi dei processi aziendali attraverso attività di risk assessment, al fine di valutare i sistemi di controllo interno e identificare le misure volte a mitigare le lacune individuate
* Definizione delle linee guida e delle policy da seguire
* Implementazione di Modelli di Compliance e supporto agli Organismi di Vigilanza (ex D.Lgs. 231/2001, L. 262/05 ecc)
* Definizione e revisione della procedura di anticorruzione (L. 190/12 e ISO 37001)
* Data protection Compliance a valle di una conoscenza approfondita del GDPR
* Progetti di Corporate Governance
* Analisi e valutazione dei rischi di responsabilità civile derivante da prodotto difettoso
* Analisi dei rischi contrattuali

Requisiti:
* Laurea magistrale in Economia
* Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in Consulenza o in un'azienda o studio legale internazionale con un focus su tematiche di Compliance/Corporate Governance
* Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese
* Attitudine alla collaborazione e alla leadership
* Approccio analitico e propenso al problem solving
* Caratteristica preferenziale: Lead Auditor ISO 37001
