    Description

    Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing and developing compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage employee benefits such as 401(k) Plan, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
    • Ensure company compensation and benefit programs adhere to internal policies and regulations.
    • Conduct benefits administration including monitoring employee eligibility, reconciling statements, approving invoices, and communicating benefit details.
    • Compile and maintain benefits records, create benefit packages, and conduct benefit audits.
    • Support HR Manager with 401K, Benefits, and Open Enrollments.

    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, business, or related field.
    • Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a public company setting.
    • Knowledge of benefit plan legislation and IRS rules, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
    • Strong analytical, forecasting, and project management skills.
    • Effective communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Commitment to excellence, business acumen, and adaptability to change.
