- Manage employee benefits such as 401(k) Plan, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
- Ensure company compensation and benefit programs adhere to internal policies and regulations.
- Conduct benefits administration including monitoring employee eligibility, reconciling statements, approving invoices, and communicating benefit details.
- Compile and maintain benefits records, create benefit packages, and conduct benefit audits.
- Support HR Manager with 401K, Benefits, and Open Enrollments.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, business, or related field.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, preferably in a public company setting.
- Knowledge of benefit plan legislation and IRS rules, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and project management skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.
