    We are looking for an experienced D2C Creative Strategist to be the main focal point between creative and performance.

    A thinker who is obsessed with innovating and developing creative concepts, with a deep understanding of consumer psychology and purchasing behavior, particularly within the women's market segment.

    As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives and impactful video ads that convert into sales and amplify our presence across all paid media fronts.

    Your life at MAËLYS will look like...

    • Work closely with the CMO, to constantly conceptualize new ideas.
    • Being in charge of the entire video process of the brand, by managing a team of video editors and UGC creator manager.
    • Identifying and understanding the nuances of our target audience, particularly focusing on women's preferences, desires, and purchasing behaviors.
    • Ideate and write persuasive scripts for paid video ads, mainly for Meta and TikTok.
    • Identify top-performing concepts and create variations and iterations to help scale out concepts that are working.
    • Working collaboratively with our video editing team to bring your scripts to life, ensuring that the final output aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
    • Use research, data, and creative insights to build hypotheses to test and iterate.
    • Write strategic briefs outlining scientific, creative tests within ads to gain high-impact learnings.
    • Share learnings with the rest of the team and collaborate on concepts and ideas.

    You will thrive in this role if you have...

    • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or a related field from a top university.
    • 2+ Years of proven experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns targeted at women.
    • Direct Response Marketing or Copywriting experience.
    • Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry - advantage.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • An acute attention to detail.
    • Organization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and lines of communication.
    • A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for exploring new ideas and strategies in the digital content space.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

    Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually
