Your responsibilities:

Measurement support for all assembly groups in the module and highvoltage battery production at Plant 0
Coordination of testing concepts with internal interface partners
Creation of measurement programs for optical and tactile measurements
Development of testing and measurement concepts for individual parts and assemblies
Responsible for documentation and archiving of measurement and testing results
Responsible for the design and validation of measurement equipment, methods, and processes for new components
Participation in the development of measurement processes for series production
Planning and management of measurement orders
Execution and evaluation of measurement results using Q-DAS
Management of testing equipment and ensuring the use of calibrated measuring tools

Your profile:

Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/measurement technology, or a technical diploma as a statecertified technician (m/f/x) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/measurement technology, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience
Indepth knowledge of measurement technology
Experience with ZEISS CALYPSO measurement software
Knowledge of 3D measurements using PolyWorks
Independent, methodical, and structured way of working
Team and communication skills
Strong analytical understanding
Proficient in using PCs
