Position can be filled fulltime or parttime

Your responsibilities:

Operational and strategic procurement of services and subcontractor services with a focus on technical building management services
Implementation of strategies together with the specialist departments
Identification and implementation of costsaving potentials
Conducting negotiations on terms and contracts as part of tender processes
Competent advice for the operational team with a clear focus on cost transparency and efficient procurement processes
Obtaining, reviewing, and evaluating offers
Selection of subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers
Analysis of relevant procurement markets and development of individual procurement strategies
Building a network with internal and external partners
