Rahn Education is currently seeking a Referent for school management at the Music and Sports Gymnasium in Leipzig, with a focus on accompanying school projects.

Your responsibilities:

Accompanying school development processes (teaching, personnel, and organizational development)
Establishing and reviewing pedagogical quality criteria
Regularly conducting evaluations on these criteria (teaching and leadership quality, satisfaction of all stakeholders)
Implementing/taking into account evaluation results in the development and strategic direction of facilities/locations
Supporting the team in daytoday operations through scheduling and managing appointments, as well as followup on appointments
Assisting in the planning and implementation of construction projects at the Weinböhla location (equipment, supplies, teaching and learning materials, IT, furniture, outdoor areas, etc.)
Assisting with and preparing for events
Monitoring teacher lists
