As a senior member of the leadership team, you will bring IT program management discipline to the organization, technology implementation best practices, collaborate with all the stakeholders, budget and resource planning, risk mitigation, ability to communicate with different levels of the organization and be able to drive multiple projects simultaneously.

Program Delivery ManagementHave a deep understanding and knowledge of IT Program Management and Project Management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Scrum)
Understand systems architecture, technology roadmaps and derive individual project plans from the department roadmap with a clear understanding of the inter-program/technology dependency.
Ability to run technology selection process engaging stakeholders and leveraging proven software selection RFP methodologies.Develop and execute plans to progress the program's maturity across multiple programs and with defined dependencies. Track and measure the success of the program.
Provide timely communication and drive awareness of the program across the company.

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of technology implementation program management experience
Experience establishing and rolling out enterprise-wide Program Management COE, required.
PMP certified.
Good understanding of IT services (ITIL) and systems architecture
Build and manage $2M-5M program resources and budget.
Worked with Onshore/Offshore resources.
Change management savvy (must)
A broad understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, eCommerce, and Marketing is a big plus.
