    Senior Accounting Associate - Up to $22-26/hr. - Excellent Benefits - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE

    A variety-filled position has been created within an established West Omaha Company with a positive culture and bright future.

    This position does not require deep industry experience, rather our client is searching for the right person and is eager to meet with hard working, reliable, and detail oriented individuals who have a track record of getting the job done right the first time.

    This position is well matched for individuals who enjoy a genuine environment, challenge, teamwork/collaboration, a consistent 40-hour work week, and a steady flow of responsibility that will keep you engaged.

    In this role, you will enjoy a diverse plate of work while being responsible for:
    Accounts receivable, billing, and client invoicing - Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure invoices are accurate and timely
    Reconciling contract, shipping, and receiving details and adjusting invoices as necessary
    Accounts Payable processing, invoice troubleshooting, and purchase order matching
    Problem solve and dig into the root of discrepancies related to customer accounts & billing errors through collaborating and working with members of the accounting and finance team
