- Acting as a liaison between client facilities/jobsites and our company.
- Ensuring top-notch customer service and client satisfaction.
- Working towards expanding market opportunities.
- Reporting to the VP of Operations and accountable to the Director of Sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients.
- Assist clients facing skilled labor shortages to secure new business.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals aligned with company strategy.
- Travel to client sites for relationship building and understanding their needs.
- Effectively manage travel budget as per policy.
- Organize and prioritize various tasks across the organization.
- Negotiate client contracts for mutual benefit.
- Provide feedback to directors and ensure smooth processes.
- Handle all matters professionally and maturely.
- Drive personal and team growth targets.
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office/365 applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High integrity and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with VOIP Telephony, virtual meeting software, and interviewing/hiring processes.
- Up to 40% travel may be required.
- Degree or relevant experience in Business Administration, Sales, HR, or related fields.
- Background in Staffing or Skilled Trades Industry.
- Experience in small office or start-up settings.
