Responsibilities:
Team Management :
Oversee the team of Client Managers, ensuring they are effectively managing client accounts and maintaining favorable relationships.
Strategy Implementation :
Implement and develop strategies to organize and make operations more efficient.
Performance Monitoring :
Hold the team accountable to goals and KPIs, monitoring their performance regularly.
Sales and Account Management :
Oversee sales and account management activities, ensuring the branch meets its sales targets.
Issue Resolution :
Assist in resolving any issues that arise within the branch or with clients.
Professional Development :
Encourage the team to grow in awareness of available tools and accept coaching and changes.
Internal Communication :
Communicate expectations and goals internally, ensuring the team understands and works towards them.
Company Representation :
Represent OneStaff Medical and the position in a positive, professional light.
Leadership :
Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
