    Buyer
    Duration: 12 Months+
    Shift: Standard
    Pay Rate: $40/hr. on W2.
    Location: 7900 National Service Road, Greensboro, NC 27409

    Job Description:
    • Position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience)
    • Manage and support operations by obtaining goods and/or services required by the organization like: -Indirect Operations (e.g., Office Supplies, Computers, Travel, Maintenance, Machine Parts, etc.
    • Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.)
    • Procurement processes include Product/Service Sourcing
    • Supplier Selection and continuously challenging the supplier's performance through negotiations for existing parts and/or services to increase efficiency-Pricing/Terms Negotiation.
    • On Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience (position typically requires 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
    • May require the following proficiency: - Works independently with general supervision.
    • Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex.
    • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
