    Recruiting and Business Development Manager

    Insure National is an Executive Search Firm that specializes in the Insurance Industry with offices in Southern California, Dallas, TX and South Florida. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Direct Hire Team. The position will require 1-3 days a week in office. Fully remote is optional for experienced candidates.

    Responsibilities:

    Source candidates utilizing cold reach outs, social media, online postings, resume services, internal databases, networking and more

    Conduct outbound calls, phone screens, phone interviews, and more. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and workflow

    Manage the interview process of candidates from first interview to placement and beyond

    Identify and solicit Hiring Companies in the Insurance Industry

    Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers and candidates

    Help with salary negotiations and act as a consultant to both clients and candidates

    Provide and Maintain accurate information in CRM/ATS System

    Requirements:

    Minimum of one years' experience in staffing agencies or other sales related positions

    Self motivated and creative in business approach

    Technology savvy with experience using an ATS and/or CRM

    Strong organizational skills

    Professional written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Must like dogs in this dog friendly office

    Compensation:

    o Base Salary plus Generous Commission Package (Six Figure Opportunity)
