    Latin America & Caribbean is searching for an Area Sales Manager to join its team


    The Area Sales Manager is a critical link between Bulgari and the Business Partners, providing strategic sales support, strong customer service, training, and overall business management to ensure product sell-through and image enhancement at the retail level.


    This role, based out of the Miami Latin America & Caribbean's regional office in Coral Gables, will be responsible for the Jewelry, Watches and Accessories (JWA) categories.

    Key responsibilities

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the sell-out and sell-in targets and grow market share in assigned territory.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with the Business Partners, providing them with excellent partnership and customer service.
    Organize and conduct training sessions for each store in the territory.
    Maintain visual standards and ensure adherence year-round.
    Merchandise assortment for success constantly re-assessing potential.
    Support and host events / trunk shows in the assigned territory as needed.
    Partner with Marketing, Training, Merchandising, Logistics and Store Planning teams to ensure high level of support with business partners.
    Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and implement actions as needed to drive performance.
    Prepare analysis and business presentations for business & budget reviews, market visits and watch weeks / trade shows.
    Report regularly on market conditions, store visits, competition activities and distribution changes.

    Identify and report new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential partners to expand the brand's presence in assigned territory.

    Key competences

    5+ years of experience in a sales / account management role
    College degree or equivalent years of related work experience
    Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
    Agility and ability to react quickly with strong sense of urgency.
    Strong Excel and Power Point skills are mandatory. Ability to use Power BI.
    Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
    Must be able to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
