    We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our team in Atlanta, GA as an Administrative Assistant

    Qualified candidates will have three years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent position. Candidates must have excellent organization and time management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients. To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high volumes of work, and work with minimal supervision.

    • Maintain and expand the electric filing system and ensure all documentation is scanned timely and accurately to files
    • Process all needed documentation for accidents and errors
    • Assist with the employee onboarding process by submitting and processing of all required information new employees within their first day of work.
    • Timely submission and filing of all employee-related information such as paid time off, status changes, safety-related certifications, training documents, etc.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory in all related systems
    • Scan delivery tickets, etc. into the appropriate systems
    • Reconcile and submit expense reports
    • Provide purchasing support for typical supplies and must have the ability to pick up supplies and other items as needed
    • Interface with company management
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

    Essential Functions

    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Clean driving record
    • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in an administrative role preferred

    • Keen judgment and interpersonal skills to be able to work with strong personalities on tight deadlines and complete assignments with minimal direct supervision
    • Ability to learn quickly, assimilate information and take direction, when necessary

    • Team-oriented with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
    • Ability to learn and use various other software systems
    • Pays close attention to detail
    • Ability to manage time wisely
    • Genuine desire to learn, develop and acquire additional responsibility
